Bagels & Schmear

New York bagels are iconic—chewy, golden, and deliciously satisfying. Originating from Eastern European Jewish immigrants, they became a staple in NYC. The key to their unique texture? Boiling before baking! Paired with a silky schmear (cream cheese), they offer a perfect balance of flavor and texture. Rich in protein and fiber, bagels provide lasting energy, while cream cheese adds a creamy touch.
